This class is designed to store all constant or semi-constant data, including config details, that are useful across the site. It exists to: prevent pollution of the global namespace, in case you want to use Tricho in conjunction with some other tool; and to give you the freedom in case you need to change the (semi-)constant configuration details partway through a particular page.
These handle the standard CRUD tasks of database systems.
